I'm 55 and have installed many a towel bar/ ring/ hook. This one is by far the nicest and easiest ever. I love buying warehouse deals and occasionally that backfires on me but not this time. Although I would gladly have paid full price for this! The finish is smooth and seems durable. The best part is the angled set screw with the provided wrench... no more fiddling against the wall with a huge Alan wrench from my toolbox. My hubby installed the matching double towel bar previously without any F- bombs whatsoever. (Which means it was easy.) FYI If you want matching pieces, search "Desinger" not designer like you would think (or your auto correct thinks). I installed Gatco in a previous home and was pleased then as well. That was also a warehouse buy. Do yourself a favor and buy Gatco - even at full price:)
