This is a good looking, sturdy rack. The reason for 4 stars is that the package was missing a screw, plastic sleeve, screw cap and device for attaching screw cap. Normally not a problem because I have plenty of screw and sleeves. It's the screw cap and attaching device that I have no access to.Nice to have a shelf with towel bar. Need to make sure you will have enough clearance to get paper towel roll on to rack. Would be nice if you could attach towel bar at either end.I’m editing my review because their customer service was very helpful and sent me a new product that is holding up as intended. I’m happy with this purchase.The paper towel part is already dropping and it’s only been a week since we installed it. Definitely not worth it.Awesome!!!
